Who may use the tool
Invited users of Streamlined Crafted and authorised staff of its clients. Access is by invitation.
Account security
Two-factor sign-in is required. Do not share your login with anyone.
Approval responsibility
Suggestions are advice to a bookkeeper. Nothing is posted to QuickBooks without a person approving it, and that person is responsible for the entries they approve.
Acceptable use
Use the tool only for the bookkeeping work of companies you are assigned to. Do not try to reach data you are not assigned to, and do not interfere with the service.
Confidentiality
Client financial data is confidential. Do not copy it out of the tool or share it except as your work requires.
Availability
The tool is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Streamlined Crafted is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool. Reviewing and approving entries remains the responsibility of the people using it.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
